Home of the Enigma Code, Bletchley Park is an English country house and estate, near Milton Keynes, which became the principal centre of Allied code-breaking during the Second World War. The first operational break into Enigma came around the 23rd January, 1940, when a team of mathematicians consisting of John Jeffreys, Peter Twinn and Alan Turing unraveled the German Army administrative key, thus saving thousands of lives
