Year commencing 1 April 2023
As last year, no period of grace for membership renewal will be given. This means that if you fail to renew your current membership by 31st March 2023 you will cease to be a member of Mill Hill U3A, and may be unable to re-join if you do not meet the criteria set by the Committee.
The cost of renewing membership from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 is £15.00.
You can renew any time BEFORE 1 April 2023.
Renew ONLINE using a CREDIT CARD
This is the simplest and most secure method that provides all the references to yourself.
PLEASE NOTE: You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to use this method.
Over half our members successfully renewed this way last year.
Renew ONLINE using BANKING
Our account name is Mill Hill U3A, sort code 40-03-01, account number 71572695, making sure to quote your surname and membership number in the reference field.
Example reference: JSMITH999
The reference field data ensures that we can link payment back to yourself.
Renew by POST using a Cheque
Processing cheques has become quite difficult for us as cheques do come in dribs and drabs. Also, due to time taken to pick up from mailbox, passing onto membership secretary and bank processing time, there may be a delayed response to you of at least 2 weeks or more.
However, if you absolutely cannot use any other method, you may send a cheque.
- Cheque to be payable to Mill Hill U3A for £15.00. Please make sure that you write on the back “your name and membership no”, else another delay!
- Mail cheque to our address Mill Hill U3A, PO Box 72326, London NW7 0JQ.
- Email the membership secretary stating your name and membership no and that you have paid by cheque.
ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, you will be sent, by email, your new membership card for you to print or to save on a mobile device. If you cannot do this, please send an email to inform the membership secretary and it will be printed for you to pick up at one of our meetings.
