Living Mindfully

Group details

Mindfulness offers us all the opportunity to understand ourselves more fully, and how we relate not only to our own internal selves but also others and situations we find ourselves in, increasing our wellbeing and strengthening our resilience.

Barbara offers four week introductory groups, together with Drop-In sessions for those who have completed one of these courses. Additionally, Living Mindfully meditation sessions on Zoom are held each Wednesday at 9.30am and these are available to all.
