Reiki & EFT

Group details

What do we do?

I am a Reiki Master – Each participant will receive a taster of Reiki at the end of each session. Reiki means ‘Universal Life Force’. I conduct the healing energy through my hands to the recipient. Reiki is currently used in St. George’s and University College Hospitals, London, to help patients who have undergone chemotherapy treatments. I welcome anyone who has done some Reiki training.

I am an EFT Advanced practitioner. EFT means Emotional Freedom Techniques. It is a method of tapping on various meridian points on our body to help with stress, pain, achievements etc. and you will learn how to help yourself. It is currently used in the U.S. army for PTSD. Have a look at the International website – www.emofree.com – Gary Craig who developed this therapy has given it to the world for nothing – he used to be an engineer and is now also a priest.
