Group details

The group concentrates on modern history from 1700/1800 to the present day and aims to encourage relaxed and easy discussion about British and World history so that we can see why the world is like it is today.

We are looking for new members who have an interest in history or would just like to learn about how the past affects the present in a relaxed atmosphere. Any member can make suggestions as to what we cover. We are not looking to run a PhD course!
