A small, informal group looking at how we can become more attuned to being fully present, moment by moment, what helps and what gets in the way. There is the option of short mindfulness exercises, depending on the needs of the group. Run in blocks of 6 weekly sessions. Vegetarian lunch is served after group for those who would like to stay.
